How to use Arcane Tempest build
Poke from a distance with Mana Sphere, looking for opportunities to land Storm Archon.
Use Fade to Shadow and Faeform liberally to avoid damage and reposition. You can also use them offensively to set up Storm Archon combos.
It's important to play defensively and from range due to the lack of CC once in melee range. Avoid committing to risky fights and focus on poking from a safe distance.
This build thrives against immobile opponents who can't dodge ranged projectiles easily. Against highly mobile enemies, try to bait out their movement abilities before going for a combo.
This build works better in duos but relies heavily on your partner's CC. Ask your partner to try pick up 
Windstorm or 
Steel Traps to help set up kills.
